Attach these vouchers to your cheque payments and slot it in a Window Envelope. No need to write the address on the envelopes every month. Store your Payee's name and address once in EzyPA, print it out every month.
Prepare Professional Receipt Vouchers if you need to provide a written receipt for any cash/ cheque payment you receive.
Check your bank balances for accuracy. Banks sometimes do make mistakes you know.
Keep a close watch on how your household income is spent.
View a monthly or a yearly graphical chart of your expenses or income accounts. You can easily make decisions now on where you are overspending and where you need to cut down.
Easily identify sudden surges e.g. in your electric or gas bill, telephone bill which could be an indication of a billing error on the other party. You might not notice it unless the information is presented in a Chart that Ezy PA can easily do. You can plot the trend of your expenses over the months or years depending on your needs.
