Once it is installed, you can start SpyZooka via the Start Menu, or you can open SpyZooka by double-clicking its desktop icon. Step 3. The SpyZooka Status Panel is where the scan statistics are displayed. Here you can view the date of your last definitions file update, how many files SpyZooka removed or quarantined, when you last updated the Spyware signatures file and so on. Step 4. Start Scan panel gives you control over the scanning process. To initiate a new scan, just click the Scan link. On the top of the panel you will see the total number of definitions available and the scanning speed (in objects per second). The progress bar shows the overall progress of the scan. After the scan is complete, you are forwarded to the Results screen where you can remove, quarantine, ignore or always ignore each individual object. Step 5. You are automatically forwarded to the Results window after every complete scan, in case suspicious objects are discovered. Also, you can see the results at any time by clicking the Results link on the Start Scan screen. To Remove, Quarantine, Ignore or Always Ignore a malicious object simply click the blue Remove in front of each object and a drop box will appear. In that box choose which action you want to take upon each object and then click Take Action. Step 6. You can access this screen by clicking View quarantine list link on the Status screen of SpyZooka. The Quarantine screen lets you restore quarantined files and cookies. Just check the files you want to restore and click the Restore link. If you decide to completely remove quarantined files or cookies, just check every file you want to delete and click the Delete link. If you want to restore or remove all the quarantined objects at once, click the Select All link. Step 7. It is strongly recommended to keep your definitions file up-to-date. All you have to do is hit the Check for updates link to receive your free updates. After the update process is complete, you have to restart SpyZooka so the new definitions file can be loaded. Step 8. The Settings panel lets you decide whether to start SpyZooka on Windows startup for current user only, for all users or not auto-start at all.
